I love the look and feel of the mugs. I wish the print could allow for a bit larger space.

This is not a 16oz mug, it is actually an 11 oz mug. The label is wrong and should be corrected
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are very sorry to hear that your Rustic Ceramic Mug arrived with incorrect labeling and that it appeared to hold 11 oz instead of the expected 16 oz capacity. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive a product that does not match its stated specifications. Upon checking your account, we noted that our support team has already responded and provided a resolution regarding this mix-up. Furthermore, please rest assured that your input regarding the mislabeling has been carefully reviewed and reported to our relevant product and quality teams for further inquiry.
