Nice but VERY heavy

I ordered this custom-designed travel mug but need to forewarn two things: 1. This is not capable of full-color printing (only monochrome using a laser) and 2. It is VERY, VERY heavy for a travel mug. This will be shipped over to my nephew in a care package for his first year of college so I am wondering if he will mind how heavy this is with even no coffee inside. Maybe this could double as a pricey paperweight - ? Since this is custom-made it’s a shame I can’t get a refund.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are glad to hear that you liked the custom design on your Recycled Stainless Steel Double-Wall Tumbler, but we are very sorry to learn that it feels much heavier than expected and that the monochrome laser engraving finish fell short of your hopes. To clarify, our Recycled Stainless Steel Double-Wall Tumbler (30 oz.) features Laser Engraving, which is designed to be durable and permanent, creating a smooth, light surface etching on the material rather than full-color printing. Furthermore, please know that we value your feedback regarding the weight and finish, and we will gladly share your comments with our relevant product teams for review and future enhancements. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-866-207-4955.
