Worked great, HUGE hit at the fundraiser, everybody wanted one. Stuck them in the cooler and put them around their necks. Entire area filled with my merchandise.

First the order showed up after the date that was given to me for Expected Arrival. The rep just kept making it sound like it was fine that it was not here and I would have it the next day. I was promised a call back within 20 mins to let me know what the outcome would be on getting it delivered, going on 18 hrs now and no call back. Product Finally arrived and the logo is so small that you cant' read it. The way it was packed looks like the 150 towels were just thrown in a box. I cannot speak to how the products actually work but they look terrible. The picture that is on the order is nothing like what I got.

In a bid to resolve the issue, we can have a merchandise credit processed for the product which can be used on a future order, or we can have a refund processed for the product.
