I have used Vistaprint tons of times in the past and never had a problem! This time the large poster is totally blurry and unusable! In the past I was notified if the quality of the picture was inadequate for clear printing and we made other arrangements. This time it's just a big waste of money. Time to use another print site!

We’re sorry to hear that your large poster arrived blurry and understand how disappointing it is, especially given your previous experiences with VistaPrint. Upon checking the order, we can see that the same design used for your Business Cards was also used for the large-scale Poster. Because the design was enlarged significantly, the image appeared blurry even within the Design Studio and in the preview. We also see that the system displayed a low-resolution warning advising that the image quality may result in a blurry print. Since the order was still submitted after this warning, the poster was printed as designed and ordered through our automated printing process. That said, we understand your concern and would appreciate the opportunity to help. Please respond directly to this email and share a higher-quality version of the design, ideally at 300 DPI or higher. Once received, we’ll be happy to review it and work with you on a one-time courtesy resolution. We also appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll take your feedback into consideration as we continue looking for ways to make resolution warnings and print expectations clearer.

No Proof boarders were off

I checked the box to have all of the white borders aligned, but what they sent me I can’t put that up in my office so I’m very disappointed in the quality. I feel like somebody should’ve reached out to me and let me know. Hey, it’s not lining up.
