Upon reviewing your order, we noticed it was placed as Flag – Fabric Only, which does not include the pole, base, or carrying case. If you intend to order the full setup, you’ll need to select the complete flag set bundle, which includes the pole, ground stake, and carrying case, from the product page before designing your flag. While additional bases such as ground stake, auger, drive-over, and pavement options are available for separate purchase here, we regret that poles are not currently sold individually.
