The banners I got that are red came it Orange. Not our branded colors and not what was approved. Very disappointed

We regret to hear that the print color on the flags ordered was incorrect and can understand your disappointment in the matter. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the color does look more like an orange than a red hue. We print using the CMYK color format and so this may be the reason for the difference in what was submitted and what was printed. If your design was not created using the above mentioned format, please have the colors converted to CMYK and reupload the design so we can have a free replacement processed for you.

One of the things I really like about the rectangle flag is the space that it provides to create your very own design. With the extensive tools available in the VistaPrint studio, you can go wild with your creativity and design anything you want, incorporating your own images and other elements like your QR code, just perfect! The quality of the flag is excellent. I ordered a double-sided flag, and the printing on both sides is flawless. I had a slight concern that since it was double-sided, the printing on one side might be visible through the other. No, not at all. The flag is printed in two pieces and perfectly sewn together, with no transparency whatsoever! The set to raise your flag is incredibly easy to assemble and very sturdy, definitely high quality. I proudly display my flag outside my studio, and it makes a noticeable difference when weā€™re open. šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Frequently asked questions

We recommend following these steps for a smooth (and stress-free) setup:
1. Assemble pole: Attach the pieces of your flag pole, and then add the antenna to the top of the pole.
2. Add flag: Feed the antenna through the pocket that runs along the side of your printed flag (the hole is quite small, but it's there).
3. Attach base: Place the prong on the top of your base into the hole at the bottom of the flag pole.
4. Secure flag: Make sure the bungee is attached to both the custom flag and the hook on the flag pole.

Yes. You can choose between single- or double-sided printing options. Single-sided flags are translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer color saturation.

Our rectangle banner fabric is made of 110 gsm recycled polyester.

Rectangle flag banners are printed using dye sublimation on translucent polyester. The resulting banners are slightly sheer, which lets the design show through on both sides. If you choose double-sided printing for your flags, your flag will include 2 layers of material for an opaquer look.

Our rectangle flags come in three sizes, and the exact measurements might vary slightly based on how you set them up.
