We recommend following these steps for a smooth (and stress-free) setup:
1. Assemble pole: Attach the pieces of your flagpole, and then add the antenna to the top of the pole.
2. Add flag: Feed the antenna through the pocket that runs along the side of your printed flag (the hole is quite small, but it’s there).
3. Attach base: Place the prong on the top of your base into the hole at the bottom of the flagpole.
4. Secure flag: Make sure the bungee is attached to both the custom flag and the hook on the flagpole.
Yes, you can choose between single or double-sided printing on our advertising flags. Single-sided flags are more translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer color saturation. Unfortunately, we do not offer double-sided printing on our air mesh flags.
The flagpole is black, and is .5” wide. We offer fiberglass and aluminum poles, with a bungee to connect them. It also has a plastic hook that is used to secure the custom flag to the pole – and you can adjust the hook to increase or decrease the flag tension.
Custom sail flags are printed using dye sublimation on translucent polyester. The resulting banners are slightly sheer, which lets the design show through to be visible on both sides. If you choose double-sided printing for your flags, your flag will include 2 layers of printed material and a third opaque layer in between for a more saturated look.

Absolutely. Sail flags can be safely washed in a washing machine. We recommend using cold water and allowing the flag to air dry. With proper care, your flag can last up to a year.

The premium material features a matte finish on one side and a semi-gloss finish on the other, and has a completely crease-free surface. With a weight of 120 g/m², its softness gives it a more premium feel and appearance compared to our standard flag material, which weighs in at a lighter 110 g/m².
All flag orders are packaged neatly and shipped in sturdy boxes. If you ordered a complete flag kit (with the flag fabric, pole, choice of base and carrying case), you may receive your order in multiple boxes, shipped separately.
