Our foam board poster printing comes in 7 standard sizes (11" x 17" up to 24" x 48") or build a custom foam board that fits your space perfectly. Pick rectangle, square, arch or half-arch shapes. For durability, go with 5 mm PVC foam, or for a lighter option, try 3 mm PVC-free. Then choose your printing: standard delivers vivid results, while premium SwissQ printing adds fine art-quality finishes – sharper details, richer colors and smoother gradients (great if you're featuring photography or intricate designs). Layer on a protective glossy coating if your display will see a lot of handling or needs extra scratch resistance.

Yes – for best effect, we recommend you use a permanent marker on your foam signage board. Just a heads-up: if you add the glossy coating, writing on the surface isn’t recommended, as marker ink may smudge before it fully dries.
We don’t recommend it. These lightweight signs aren’t water- or wind-resistant, so we advise that you limit our foam board printing to indoor use. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly option, consider our yard signs. That said, if you do need to use your sign outside for a short time, upgrading to the protective glossy coating (only available on our PVC foam material) can add extra durability and scratch resistance.
This coating adds a scratch-resistant, glossy finish that helps protect against scuffs and smudges while making your foam board poster look more vivid and polished. You can select this option at checkout when ordering.
