Poor quality printing

Printing was very poor quality, looks like it was done at a preschool. Very disappointed

It was smaller than I expected and the drill holes were huge. Not sure where I can get screws to fit. I'd return this if it wasn't custom made. Disappointed.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Metal Signs. We are sorry to hear that the size was smaller than expected; the drill holes were bigger than expected. From our review of the order, the size of the metal sign was 6" x 8". Since this was a custom size, we recommend that in the future you use a ruler to measure the size that you need before selecting a size. The middle of each hole is 5/8" from the edge of the sign, and the diameter is 3/8". You may use this measurement to look for screws, or you may order metal spacers directly from our website: www.vistaprint.com/signs-posters/accessories/metal-spacers. Also, in the future, drill holes are optional; as such, you may order clamps instead. Not the best quality and holes too small

The logo on my sign came back slightly scratched and the holes are far too small to fit the screws. Will have to drill bigger holes into it.

The mounting holes on this product should be 3/8". We will review this further with our team to better understand what may have happened. Disappointed and not as expected

Ordered March 1. Anticipated March 16. Delivered April 10 after chatting with VistaPrint customer service.
The sign arrived with rough edges, exposed foam edge sandwiched between metal sides, and not as the Order Preview displayed. The preview won't upload here, but the preview did not have the white background. We will need to do some more work to make this sign presentable for our business.
