We have used Vistaprint for several years so when we needed a sign we ordered from them. When we received my sign there was a smudge in the paint. I contacted Vistaprint to complain and they showed me the smudge was in my upload. I had missed that. Since I was at fault so I was going to absorb the loss. Vistaprint ordered a new, corrected sign for me. They didn’t have to do that. I do appreciate them going above and beyond.
