Poster print quality was great, but I needed to fill the edges, so I selected a black background. On. Computer it looks like a perfectatch, but in reality it came out mismatched on the posters, lighter and darker. The image quality is great just wish the blacks were adjusted to match after the first one.

We understand how frustrating it is when the preview on your computer screen looks like a perfect match, but the physical print shows visible lighter and darker areas. To help explain why this happens: digital computer screens display artwork using an RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color profile, which can blend different black tones seamlessly in the online preview. However, physical printing relies on a CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) color process. If different parts of a design use mismatched color profiles or varying black ink ratios (such as standard black versus rich black), noticeable boundaries or shade variations can appear on the final poster once printed. We want to make sure your poster looks seamless and professional. Could you please reply directly to this email and share a few clear photos showing how the colors turned out on your posters?
