We are sorry to learn that the poster did not meet your expectations and understand how disappointing this must have been. After checking the order details, we noted that the submitted design extended beyond the recommended safety lines, which unfortunately led to parts of the artwork being cut off in the final print, especially noticeable at the smaller 11" × 17" size. For future orders, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the preview mode and PDF proof available on the editing page, as these tools clearly show how the design will be positioned and help avoid similar outcomes.
