Part of the small print did not print.

We are truly sorry to hear that part of the small print did not appear on your tabletop banner, as we always want your designs to print completely and clearly. Upon reviewing your uploaded file, it appears that the logo contained very fine details that were unfortunately too small to safely print on this material. Additionally, there are a few missing elements in that section of the file itself, which most likely occurred inadvertently when the background color was removed during the design process. We want to take a closer look at this and find the best way to help. Could you please respond directly to this email and share a few clear images of the actual printed tabletop banner you received? Having these photos will allow us to properly compare the final physical print with your uploaded design file and see exactly what is missing. 2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.
