For indoor use:

• Indoor (13 oz.) – Water- and fade-resistant. Best for in-store events and decor.
• PVC-Free Indoor (9.1 oz.) – Free from PVC and phthalates for a cleaner indoor option. Best for announcements and displays
• Indoor Light Blockout (12 oz.) – Prevents light from passing through. Best for window displays and backlit areas

For outdoor use:

• Outdoor (15 oz.) – Weather-, water- and fade-resistant. Lasts up to 2 years outside with proper care. Best for open-air events and storefronts
• Heavy-Duty Outdoor Blockout (18 oz.) – Our most rugged material with built-in light blockout. Best for long-term and year-round outdoor displays

Banner types:

Vinyl Banners: Our best-selling banner, available in 5 fade- and water-resistant materials for indoor and outdoor use. Choose single- or double-sided printing in 28 standard or custom sizes.

Fabric Banners: Scratch- and fade-resistant polyester with a premium, glare-free finish. Great for upscale indoor displays and events.

Mesh Banners: An open weave lets wind pass through, reducing pressure on the banner. Ideal for fences, open-air venues and windy conditions. Includes grommets and reinforced edges.

Retractable Banners: Vinyl banner preassembled with a stand and case. Multiple styles and sizes available.

Our heat-welding process reinforces the edges of your banner, making it better suited for outdoor and long-term use. We recommend both edge reinforcement and grommets if you're hanging your banner outside for a long time. Wind flaps are 5" half-circle cuts that let air pass through your banner, reducing wind pressure for added stability and longevity. They're available only on select standard sizes (1' x 2', 1.7' x 3', 2.5' x 4', 2.5' x 6', 2.5' x 8', 2.5' x 10', 2.5' x 12', 4' x 4', 4' x 6', 4' x 8', 4' x 10', 4' x 12', 6' x 10', 6' x 12', 8' x 10' & 8' x 12') with single-sided printing, outdoor or heavy-duty outdoor blockout materials and without our glossy coating option. Best for open-air events, stadiums and fence installations.

Grommets are not included by default, but are highly recommended for a secure, reinforced hold when using rope or zip ties. Wind flaps are also optional and available only on select standard sizes (1' x 2', 1.7' x 3', 2.5' x 4', 2.5' x 6', 2.5' x 8', 2.5' x 10', 2.5' x 12', 4' x 4', 4' x 6', 4' x 8', 4' x 10', 4' x 12', 6' x 10', 6' x 12', 8' x 10' & 8' x 12') with single-sided printing, outdoor or heavy-duty outdoor blockout materials and without our glossy coating option. Review the chart below for the number of grommets and wind flaps for each banner size. If you choose a custom size and want grommets, we'll automatically add the right amount for you.

We recommend our retractable banners if you’re looking to use a stand. They come preassembled with a banner, stand and case for a quick and easy set up.

The protective glossy coating adds a shiny finish that makes colors pop and helps protect against scratches. As for specialty materials, we offer 2 light blockout options – built-in to our 12 oz. indoor and 18 oz. heavy-duty outdoor materials – which prevent light from passing through your banner. We also offer a PVC-free indoor material that's free from PVC and phthalates, making it a cleaner alternative for indoor use.

Cleaning your banner:

• Lay it flat on a clean surface
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth or sponge, mild soap & lukewarm water
• Rinse away any soap residue
• Always wash your hands before handling

Storing your banner:

• Roll rather than fold – folding creates creases that can weaken the vinyl & cause the ink to crack
• Store in a cool, dry & dark environment
• Keep the roll horizontal on a flat shelf
• Don't lean it vertically against a wall – the weight can warp or flatten the bottom edge over time

Removing wrinkles:

• Place your banner under a heavy, flat object to smooth out wrinkles
• Don't stack anything on top when storing to prevent creasing
