I’m extremely disappointed with the quality, the lettering barely shows up but a huge ink blot shows on the other side. If I could give 0 stars I would.

At this price I was wary of what the quality would be. I was pleasantly surrised with the very first, and all subsequent imprints thusfar. I haven't figured out how to add ink when it eventually needs it, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

The stamp itself functions just fine. Website was pretty easy to use. I had a couple of issues that I was not able to get resolved. One was that the stamp cover did not have any image of what the stamp was. Anytime I have purchased a stamp from a company, they always have an image so I can decipher what the stamp is. I purchased two stamps this time from vistaprint and neither of them had an image. The second issue was that there was no way to take the stamp cover apart. I even had someone at Vistaprint try to walk me through it and they were not able to help me get it apart. It would be nice to make that part accessible.

We offer two larger-size stamps to choose from. The size that was ordered is the smallest size, which is 0.47" x 1.42". We suggest that you order the medium or the large size for the best results: www.vistaprint.com/stationery/stamps/self-inking-stamps. Also, when designing your documents in the future, we recommend that you download the "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, in the upper left corner when you click on the product name. When viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We hope this helps.
