Business cards were received on 5/18/26. The back of the card had been edited by vista print. The back was off centered and not as I positioned initially. Unacceptable!

Please note that our printing system is fully automated, and designs are produced exactly as submitted through the online editor without manual adjustments or alterations during production. For this reason, any perceived shifts in alignment are typically related to how the artwork is rendered or positioned within the print template during processing. To further review this matter, please reply to this email with clear photos of the received business cards showing the issue you experienced. This will allow us to compare the submitted artwork with the final printed product and investigate the concern thoroughly.
