Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment with your business cards arriving off-center and with blurry text. We want to make sure your cards look professional and would like to clarify what happened during production. While we acknowledge that the design looked perfectly aligned on your screen preview, we generally do not recommend including borders on any printed items. Due to the high-speed mechanical cutting process we use, the actual cut can shift slightly anywhere from the outer bleed area to the inner safe margin. When a design contains a border close to the edges, even a tiny shift makes the border look uneven or off-center, making it very difficult to promise a perfectly symmetrical frame on every card. As for the blurry text, we reviewed the uploaded file and noticed that the design artwork itself was unsharpened, which directly affected the crispness and clarity of the print and small text during the automated production process. We would love to help you get a batch you can proudly hand out. Could you please reply to this email and let us know if you are open to updating the design file to remove the borders and sharpen the text?
