Love the backpacks! The print is perfect and the order came earlier than expected, which was perfectly timed for an event I had planned. Customer service chat and email was especially helpful getting this order put together. I have zero complaints.

I was so excited to get this and when I finally got to use it, its awful. I couldn't find anything in it because its just one big bag with a small pocket in front. As you put suff in it, it becomes a mess and doesn't keep its shape at all. I was walking around with a lumpy backpack.

I was a little disappointed that there was no pocket for a water bottle, and no inner pockets, either. But it definitely serves its function!
