Embroidering was off

Our logo has an image and the name of the company underneath in caps. The letters were different sizes and not aligned properly. Looks VERY sloppy. Not sure how this could happen. The logo image looks good.

Disappointed

The embroidery on this order is bad...my previous orders have all been good...there is an E that is not even legible and the circle outlines are jagged in spots and thin. The final product was not like the artwork I approved and this was a re do as the last order wasn't even close.......

Logo Backpack

My son is happy with the backpack itself but the process of ordering was not very smooth. Website is not user friendly and when I placed the order, I paid for shipping that indicated the backpack would arrive by Dec. 24. When I clicked the "place order" button, the delivery date changed to Dec. 26. I was very disappointed in this false advertising but when I emailed Promotique it was explained to me that I did not pay for the expedited shipping. I knew that I did not, BUT the fact was the shipping I did pay for indicated the before Christmas date and AFTER I placed the order, the date was changed. Because the gift was for my adult son, I was able to be flexible, but not sure if I would trust this website advertising in the future.
