The quality of the bag is on the cheaper side. I had really high hopes on it to be better quality

When placing the order, Vista reached out to me quickly to let me know they would need to modify the design for a better embroidery. They modified and asked my approval, which I did approve. Overall, the bag looks great. The grey on the picture is a little darker on actual product, but the final product was satisfactory. Giving 4 star rather than 5 only for the fact that the picture can be deceiving on color for the actual product. Customer service and turnaround time was fantastic. Can't complain too much, I'm happy.
