This was actually a great bag the printing looks good and it hold my laptop , iPad and all my other items. As a mobil DJ this is really important. Also having my logo and QR code printed right on the bag makes it easy for people to get ahold of me

I was reluctant to spend what I did for this backpack and was super disappointed when I received it. I have a complicated logo with a color spray around it and the spray printed in all white with no color at all. It was okay, but not great, and the purpose was to have a bag that showed my brand. I reached out to VistaPrint and they IMMEDIATELY made it right! They looked at the preview I approved and the picture of the actual logo and agreed that it was an issue. I re-did the layout and submitted it, and within an hour, I had a replacement order with a rush on it. So now I should have an amazing bag for the business trip I'm taking in December!
