The all-recycled materials are awesome - backpack looks and feels quality. The issue is in the printing. In the approved print field preview pic, the logo is perfectly placed and far from the front snap. However, when they arrived, the logo was printed much higher up than pictured in the preview and is obscured when snapped. It was an avoidably annoying printing job since the preview looked perfect. The backpacks are still usable but don't look as professional as they should given the misplaced designwork.

We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the quality and feel of the recycled backpacks, but we’re sorry the logo was printed higher than shown in the approved preview and is partially covered by the front snap when the backpack is closed. We understand how frustrating this is, especially when the preview showed the logo positioned correctly. Please provide clear photos of the backpack showing the logo placement and how it is covered by the snap. This will help us review the printing issue more closely and determine the best way to assist.
