This bag is as advertised. Plenty of room for papers and supplies and I love that it has a separate compartment for my laptop. I love all the additional storage and zippers. The side mesh could be bigger to hold a reusable water bottle of some kind and mine arrived damage from the embroidery. Customer service was great though and resolved the issue. The embroidery is beautiful and very easy to read. It looks like it will last a long time.

Regarding the bag: For the price, It’s great! No, it’s not the same as a $100 bag, but for a 1/3 of the price, it’s really good and looks sharp. I will buy more, as we have had lots of compliments on it. Regarding the custom embroidery: It’s great on one of the bags I received but the other bag has small errors. Not enough for me to waste time worrying about, as it’s only noticeable up close, but still annoying. The stitching itself is good, just final QC should have caught the small error with one of the letters. Bag gets a 5 Star based on price to quality ratio, but 2 Stars for the QC team on the custom embroidery. I’m guessing they were hoping we didn’t notice or didn’t care. Which is kinda the case, as time is money. I guess this is one reason for going with a local vendor, as products could have been reviewed before payment made.
