Unfortunately I love the look and the design turned out amazing but the bottom has no padding and when you have any type of laptop inside and place it down it can hit hard. I am having to buy some type of cushion to avoid any further damage to my laptop which is unfortunate because the Vista team did a great job on helping me with the design.
