Urban 15 Computer Messenger Bag

We ordered these bags for our staff and were very disappointed with the quality. After only a short period of normal use (less than 2 months), the bags have already started ripping at the seams and handles. These were intended for regular staff use, but they have not held up the way we expected. The material feels much less durable than advertised, and the bags do not seem designed for everyday use. Because of the tearing issues, we cannot reliably use them for their intended purpose. Overall, this purchase did not meet our expectations in terms of durability or quality, and we hope the issue can be addressed. I would recommend improvements to the material and stitching before purchasing again.
