I bought 100 units of Cotton Canvas Tote, when they arrived several of them were defective, I took a picture and wrote to the company about it. An hour later the Vista Print team sent me an email, they apologized and told me it was not necessary to return them. A week later I had a new box arriving at my house (all the Totes were perfect). I was always calm about my purchase because I know that if a product is defective they immediately take action to exchange it or send a new one free of charge, so I think it is a little more expensive, but it is a safe purchase.

We ordered these bags in a hurry, and expected a lightweight lower quality tote, but ended up loving the size, shape, material and print of this bag ! Well recommended.
