Sometimes things happen. The print on my design bled into the fabric and the color of my logo wasn't close. I brought this to their attention and they acknowledged the error, kept me on the phone until a resolution was found, then remade the order. The next batch came in great. Thanks for making it right, even if it wasn't right the first time. I will surely use Vistaprint again, especially because of their customer service.
