Great product and price. Our patients are surprised with welcomed with a gift, and love these totes. I use one myself and find it to be very sturdy and perfect size for just about anything in my life. This bag is smaller than I was hoping for what I needed. The measurements online were accurate but the bag does taper in a bit towards the bottom and the thick material doesn't make it very flexible. Logo came out nice - just wish I loved the bag
