Long time customer of Vistaprint and I will always stand by the fact that they have amazing customer support that always work to make things right. I ordered the orange totes as my brand color is true orange. These totes looked very true Crayola crayon orange in the photo, but I received them today and they are neon highlighter orange, think construction vest. Unfortunately I can't use the bags to promote my brand due to this color difference. I contacted Vistaprint immediately and they helped me out as always. Posting my photos to help anyone else with the color. My lighting might not be the best but they are a neon safety orange. The printing and quality is great, customer service is great, but colors are not accurate. (Also I have previously ordered the Forest Green totes and those are more of a jade/dark teal, not a dark green. )
