I received the bags super fast, I saw the excellent quality and I haven't even ordered them again for our customers yet because I'm using them for our business anniversary.

United StatesThese totes are different looking in person. They are more rectangular than square. They also are extremely flimsy... I've had multiple break as well as the handles break off with hardly any weight in them. This is our second purchase of totes through vistaprint and both experiences have had issues. Pretty disappointed for how much they charge.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We sincerely apologize that your Julian Shopping Tote Bags did not meet your expectations in terms of appearance and durability. We understand how disappointing it must be to experience multiple bags and handles breaking with minimal weight, especially after encountering similar issues with a previous purchase. This is certainly not the quality we strive to provide at VistaPrint. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and kindly ask you to share photos showing the affected bags and handles so we can review the issue and determine the best way to assist you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I've been offering the bags in two ways; the first is to just buy my branded tote bag, the second is to offer them as a prize for purchases exceeding $50. I've had many customers make large purchases just to make sure they got the free bag.
These bags are nice and sturdy, the colors are great, the print is really crisp and my customers love them.
