Logo too small and bag smaller than expected

The logo is printed on only one side, and the allowed printing area is quite small. Since much of our logo is gold, it came out lighter and less prominent than expected.
The bag itself is also smaller than a typical Trader Joe’s-style tote. The side folds are quite narrow, so the opening does not expand much and the bag cannot hold as much as expected. The straps are also thin and can become uncomfortable when carrying heavier items.
Overall, it’s okay for light use, but I would choose a different customized tote bag next time.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thanks for your review submission, and we’re sorry to hear that the customized tote did not meet your expectations, with the bag size and logo print being on one side only and the gold of the logo being faded. We have completed our checks and have emailed you details related to the resolution that has been provided to you. We look forward to assisting with future products of interest.
