Nice Sturdy Bag!

This bag deserves a 5-Star Rating because it is roomy and sturdy enough to hold my laptop, keyboard, mouse, charger, writing pad and a lot more. If I had had a bagged lunch, I could have put it in there too! The bag will definitely get a lot of use. On top of the that, the ordering and delivery was easy and fast.
Good bag

Durable bags. Super cute. My only feedback is that on one bag, some of the smaller letters are cut off/ didn’t transfer all the way. The other bag is good.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review—we’re delighted to hear that you love the look and durability of the Port Authority® C-FREE® Tote Bags!
We’re truly sorry, however, that one of the bags had an issue with some smaller letters not transferring cleanly. We understand how important it is for your design to be represented clearly, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
After reviewing the uploaded artwork, we noticed that the file resolution may have impacted the print quality, especially in terms of text sharpness. While only one bag was affected, we’d love the opportunity to better support you. If possible, could you please:
-Share clear photos of the bag showing the printing concern
-Provide a high-resolution version of your design with crisper text details
This will help us explore a resolution and ensure your feedback is passed along to our production team for review and process refinement.
We’re here to support you every step of the way and look forward to making your next experience even more satisfying.
