The proof before purchasing was correct and was within the guidelines. When receiving the item it was not correct. The image was wrong and had giant blocks of ink. Called and asked for them to reprint, sent a new image that the representative on the phone confirmed would come out perfect. The second order arrived exactly how the first order was. We had to find something else to hand out at our event. very disappointing especially after having had great experiences with the company before.
