Logo goes uphill. Not happy.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry to hear that the logo on your Flexfit Structured Twill Cap appears misaligned and sits at an angle. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you expected the logo to be straight and properly positioned. We sincerely request the chance to look into this further and rectify the issue. Please respond with a photo of the cap showing the logo placement so we can review it and assist you accordingly.
