I ordered everything I wanted it was very easy to upload my logo and pick out the type of sweatshirts, hats, coffee tumblers and everything else to get us ready for the winter. Everything was sent for approval even if there were changes and then everything was processed and sent quickly. I could not be more satisfied with everything I received. The sticker set I ordered was not exaxtly what I wanted but I believe I just made the wrong selection. Overall excellent process, service, and quality.

The color you shared on the proof doesnt match the prodect, you cant even see my logo. I would like a refund or another version.

Thanks for your review submission. We’re sorry to hear that your logo didn’t print clearly and that the color on your product doesn’t match the proof. We recommend either adjusting your logo color to strongly contrast with the beanie fabric or considering a contrasting beanie color to that of the logo color as colors that are too close in tone (like navy on black or gray on silver) often disappear in fabric printing or embroidery. We also recommend reviewing the digital proof of your product before completing an order. The quality of the stitching is not great at all. I ordered 6 and most all of them have loose stitching or loops, they don’t look great. Poor quality for the high cost.
