The logo is very small.

Make sure your logo is LARGE!

Last time I buy embroidered from Vista

I have had good experiences in the past with Vista, so I gave them what I viewed as a decent sized orders for embroidered beanies. Logo were crooked on fair number of caps; I did not count how many but probably 10% or more, and the color was significantly different than that on our logo as submitted. I have never had an embroidery company miss on the logo like this, with the exact same submission. We are 87 years old and our RED logo is no Orange!!! Not to mention the caps shipped in multiple little shipments trickling in, obviously from different locations. Just makes it difficult to track and distribute, and then have employees all notice the logo is wrong. They were late for the event they were for due to the multiple shipments (I could have ordered earlier) and then the color is off. If there is a positive, the employees are happy to have something warm as the temperatures drop. The cap itself seems to be decent quality.
