For the beanie, embroidery can sometimes appear distorted when small text or fine details are used. To achieve the best results, we recommend updating your file with larger text, bold lines, and simplified graphics, as outlined in our embroidery tips available under “Printing Tips” beside the Preview button on the Design Edit page. Once we receive your updated file, we’ll be happy to resubmit your order as a replacement at no cost.
Regarding the T‑shirt, we noted that the decoration area selected was “full front,” while your design was intended for a “left chest” placement. We’ve proactively adjusted the logo placement and, as a one‑time courtesy, processed a free replacement. Your new T‑shirts are expected to arrive on Friday, January 23, 2026. Since this replacement is linked to your original order, you won’t receive a new confirmation email, but you will receive a separate email with tracking details once the shipment is on its way.
