The hat was great quality, and the embroidery was very nice. Hat was a little too big- so ordered a smaller size! Can't wait for it to arrive!

The embroidery came out exactly as I wanted. Upload process was simple. Measurements on the site were correct for my logo on the front of the baseball hat. If there is anything more I could ask for, it would be to have an option to apply custom work on either side of the baseball hat and/or the back. Otherwise, great job, timely delivery and I will order more!

Logo was not centered

The fit of the hats was great but the logo was not centered on the hat. With that being said the customer service was amazing! After I sent pictures of the product to them they refunded my money in full. I will continue to use this company just because of the stellar service that I received.

Image on the Hat

The Hat fit great however I am a bit disappointed the image on the hat is not done in a puff text like shown on the Image Maker it is just so non like a regular patch which makes it very disappointing spending 30-plus dollars on a hat that I could had made for 15 bucks and I will have to have the same hat redone somewhere else again in a puff text
