We're sorry to hear that the embroidery appeared too small and did not provide the visibility you expected for your advertising needs. We understand how important it is for the design to be clear and readable, especially when you're considering a larger order. As stated in our Design Studio, the printable area for this hat is 2" × 4.5". Based on our review, the logo has more of a vertical layout and does not fully utilize the available space. As a result, the smaller image and text elements will appear small when embroidered. Please note that we print the design as it is approved and submitted. For future orders, we recommend adjusting the logo to better fit the available embroidery area, which can help make the text and logo larger and more visible.
