I have had a few items embroidered by VP and they were all kinda meh but wearable. This was because my file format was low resolution. VP even warned me but I did it anyway. I fixed my logo, had it re-digitized properly and ordered a new coat and it is AMAZING. Great care was taken to perfectly center my logo. Looks very high quality. And this coat is excellent, why I ordered it a second time!
