We ordered North Face jackets for our employees to celebrate a great year! Everyone was pleased with their gifts, the logo turned out great! And turnaround / shipping was on time.

The design and purchase was easy but I still haven't received this item after several weeks of waiting.

The jacket is high quality and presents a professional image to my clients in my dog training business. The embroidery was exactly what I asked for. I ordered a Medium which is my usual size for jackets when I need a little room for layers. It's a trim fit but not tight.
