I bought a black vest with my company logo, and spoke to an agent as well about the recommendation on the embroidery. When I got the order, the design which should have been circles were long ovals. When I reached out to customer support, they reordered the vest assuring that the design will be fixed. When I got that order, it was almost exactly the same as the previous incorrect one.
