Shirt looks great but gets pulls in the fabric

The shirt looks great and represents the client's company well. However, after wearing the shirt a few times a couple pulls have developed in the material from basic usage. Due to the weave of the fabric the pulls can't the "reabsorbed" into the material. Disappointed it did not hold up as well as.
