Poor customer service

After recieving an email from Vistaprint that they were updating my logo I spend 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative to get a guarentee that the logo I sumbitted would not be changed. They even sent an email stating as much and with images of my logo printed corectly. Surprise! The items I ordered came with the logo printed incorrectly. I reached out about getting a refund but have been unable to get anyone from customer service to contact me. I like the shirt itself. I don't like the customer service I recieved, or lack thereof. Dissapointing.
