They didn’t deliver what was approved

I submitted a logo with 5 colors, and they offered me a simplified version in 2 colors. Even though it wasn’t the same, I approved it because the sample they sent actually looked nice. The problem was that the final embroidery didn’t match the approved version. Details were changed, and the final result didn’t reflect what was promised in terms of quality or appearance. It was disappointing to see that the agreement wasn’t honored. Customer service was fine at first, but when it came to the final product, there was a clear lack of responsibility and attention to detail.
