I had an artistic logo embroidered on their Women's Heather Polo Shirt. The translation to embroidery was not simple and direct - too complex. They took care of it, presenting me with drafts to get approval and then still doing what I asked when there was one more thing that needed to change in what they presented. We went back and forth with changes over a weekend, so my order could be finished and expressed to me as I had requested. The Heather Polo Shirt is a beautiful bright silky fabric and the embroidered logo looks wonderful on it. My pearl business cards are also incredible. I am so very happy with this company and what they offfer and the quality of their products, service, and customer service.
