Thank you for your review and image. We want to meet our customers' expectations and so we will have them forwarded to the relevant teams. We understand that the embroidery quality is unsatisfactory, as such we have provided a merchandise credit for the polos. We would like to recommend reduced content in the small placeholder for best stitching results. It is valid for a year and may be used for a replacement or future order.
