I highly recommend sizing down potentially two sizes. Both myself and my employee ordered our normal sizes and we are swimming in them. On a positive note, the logo is amazing.

Shirt was not good quality would prefer cotton not polyester I thought for the price it would have been better quality

Both shirts arrived promptly, and the shirt material itself is of good quality. Unfortunately, the embroidery workmanship was inconsistent and did not meet expectations (1st photo). In my original order, one shirt's logo was embroidered correctly, while the other had missing stitching in the logo outline and even included red thread where it did not belong.
Customer Service responded quickly and sent a replacement (2nd photo), which I appreciated. However, the replacement shirt also had embroidery defects, including missing yellow thread in the logo outline. While the customer service experience was excellent, the quality control on the embroidery process appears to be lacking.
