These are decent quality and the embroidery came out great. However, I ordered a size up for these to fit loose, however even ordering one size up, they are still very small

I received my custom embroidered shirt and was very happy with the color and the fit. However, because I did not see the alert email, my logo was altered in a very unsatisfactory way, moving the small print out of the logo, but keeping the large print at the top of the field. I find it ridiculous that your default is to do something like this without my approval. I would have rather waited longer for my product, knowing it would be something I approved than to get a quick turnaround on an inferior product.
