Bad Embroidery/ Good Shirt Quality

I have attached a photo displaying the Embroidery placement problem we had with our order (The logo is stitched too close to the collar, rather than centered on the upper left chest) and the ugly puckering problem that is around our logo. I emailed customer service about the problem with the embroidery and our unhappiness with that quality (the shirt quality is good) and they have not responded. Apparently ignoring the stated guarantee

See through tiny shirts

These shirts are see through, the only way these could even be close to considered professional is to where a shirt underneath (which defeats the purpose of wearing a light and quick dry shirt). These also run 2 sizes smaller than advertised, I used the given sizing guide for the shirts and order 1 size bigger, they were still too small.
