I am a long-time client and love everything VistaPrint; however, this order continues to be a problem. The embroidery was poorly done and unacceptable when I contacted the VP to explain the issue and asked if they could simply replace the order. Which is all well and good. . . except they sent totally different items by mistake. I have contacted them again today to sort out the issues. Not normal for VistaPrint to fall on its sword, but even with the best, there can be issues. The saving grace is that the customer service department is always polite and knowledgeable.
